Bath & kitchen remodeling since 2015
Tell us what you want to remodel. We will review the space, measure it, and prepare a written price.
HealdsburgWindsorSanta RosaSebastopolBodega BaySonomaHow much does a kitchen or bathroom remodel cost?
Cost depends on room size, layout changes, structural work, plumbing and electrical changes, cabinetry, surfaces, and fixtures. We measure the space and define the scope before preparing a written project price.
Do you manage the whole remodel, or only part of it?
We manage complete remodels, including construction, trades, materials, scheduling, permits when required, inspections, and the final walk-through.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Deluxe Bath & Kitchen holds an active California General Building Contractor license (Class B), License #1014179, held by Uplifting Construction Inc since 2016 and bonded with the CSLB, and carries $2,000,000 in general liability coverage.
Which areas do you serve?
We work across Sonoma County, from our office in Forestville, and have since 2015. That includes Santa Rosa, Sebastopol, Guerneville, Occidental, Bodega Bay, Graton, Monte Rio, Windsor, Healdsburg, Rohnert Park, Cotati, Penngrove, Petaluma, and Sonoma.
What happens at the first consultation?
We meet at the property, look at the room, discuss the changes you want, and identify the work that needs to be planned or investigated before pricing.
How is the written quote prepared, and what does it include?
We measure the space and define the planned work before pricing it. The written quote covers the agreed project scope and schedule before construction begins.
What are the steps from the first visit to the finished room?
It starts with an on-site consultation, measurements and planning, and a written quote. Then every remodel runs in the same eight phases: preconstruction, procurement, demo and site prep, rough-in and inspections, walls and surfaces, finish installation, trim-out, and close out. Our Remodel Handbook walks through each one.
How long does a remodel take?
Timing depends on the room and the scope of work. The project schedule is established before construction begins.
Can we live in the house during the remodel?
Who does the work?
Our general contractor manages each project directly and coordinates the plumbers, electricians, tile setters, framers, and other trades required for the job.
Do I need a permit, and do you handle it?
Projects involving structural changes, plumbing, electrical, or other regulated work can require permits. When a permit is required, we handle the filing and inspections for the remodel.
What if you find dry rot or water damage once the walls are open?
We can repair damaged subfloors, framing, joists, and other structural problems uncovered during demolition before new finishes are installed.
Who orders the cabinets, stone, and fixtures?
We coordinate the cabinetry, stone, fixtures, and other project materials included in our scope and schedule deliveries around construction.
What warranty do you provide?
At the end of the project, we complete a final walk-through, address remaining items, and provide the applicable warranty and care information.
